I liked Evan You’s presentation on Vue.js where he created a scale of React, Vue.js and Angular and where they placed on how opinionated they are as a framework. Due to React being very unopinionated, it resulted in the community creating multiple solutions to the same thing and now developers struggle with what to use. You have to have some experience to make a good decision so it doesn’t bite you later on. This is why I often find JS development so frustrating, but also very fresh.
